My stay at the hotel was truly comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were luxurious with great amenities, a cozy bed, and a lovely spa bath, reminiscent of a 5-star NH Collection hotel. The staff provided excellent service, suggesting delicious Galician dishes and the finest regional wines. The location was superb, offering stunning views and easy access to the city center, despite being part of a bustling local health club. The dining experience was varied, with a mix of sweet and savory options, but it came at a high cost.

My stay at the hotel was perfect for a family with two children. The rooms were great, especially with the extra door between the bathroom and the bedroom and the very comfortable linens. However, the decor is tired and dated, in need of a makeover. The service was very nice and helpful, even managing to find me a dentist appointment when I desperately needed one. The location was near the city center, out of the crowd but close to everything important like restaurants and bars. The dining experience was good with lots of great options to choose from. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.

The hotel has very lovely views of the harbor pools and the swimming pools were a big improvement on room 611. The rooms were very comfortable with tea and coffee facilities, a mini bar, excellent toiletries, and a very comfy bed, but not as clean as expected for the price.
